These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bbmovement.co (the "Site") and any licensing program, cohort, or service offered by Bold & Brave Movement ("Bold & Brave," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
Bold & Brave Movement is a DBA (doing business as) of Monique Hickman, based in Cook County, Chicago, Illinois.
Bold & Brave is a wellness education and facilitation company. Nothing on the Site, in our curricula, or provided by our team or our AI assistant is medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a licensed physician, therapist, or counselor. Our programs are designed to support reflection and personal growth; they are not clinical services. If you or someone in your organization is in crisis, contact emergency services (911 in the US), the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (988 in the US), or another appropriate local resource immediately.
Requesting pricing does not create a license. A license to run the 30-Day Clarity Reset™ or any other Bold & Brave program is only granted once you and Bold & Brave have agreed to and signed a separate License Agreement covering your specific cohort. That License Agreement, not these Terms, governs your rights and restrictions around reproducing, modifying, rebranding, or redistributing our materials.
The Bold & Brave Collective Cohort is sold on a different basis than our organizational licensing programs: registration is confirmed immediately upon payment, not after a quote. All sales are final. There are no refunds and no cancellations for any reason, including a missed session, once you have registered and paid. Each session room has a limited number of seats; registering and paying reserves a seat and removes it from availability to everyone else. Registration for each session day closes according to the deadline stated on the registration page, to allow time for your printed workbook to ship before the first session.
All content on the Site and in our materials, including the 30-Day Clarity Reset™ name and curriculum, workbooks, facilitator guides, and related text and design, is owned by Bold & Brave Movement and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms or on the Site grants you rights to reproduce, modify, rebrand, translate, resell, or create derivative works from our materials outside of an executed License Agreement.
Our AI chat assistant is provided to help you find the right program and general information. Its responses are informational only, may not always be accurate or current, and do not constitute a binding quote, offer, or professional advice. Always confirm pricing and program details through our official quote process before relying on them.
Our Facebook community group, Instagram, and any similar spaces are hosted by third parties and governed by their own terms and policies, not these Terms. We are not responsible for content posted by other members.
The Site and our materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bold & Brave Movement is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our programs, or our materials. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold Bold & Brave harmless from claims arising out of your organization's use or misuse of our licensed materials, including any claims related to how your organization facilitated a program or responded to a participant's disclosure or crisis.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
